GrowHealthy Stores is committed to providing 100% authentic supplements across North Karnataka. To ensure transparency, we have outlined our shipping and return procedures below.

1. Shipping Policy

• Shipping Rates: * Hubli & Belgaum Local: Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999. A flat fee of ₹50 applies below this.

  • Rest of India: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.

• Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Saturday).

• Transit Time: * Local (Hubli/Belgaum): 1 – 2 business days.

  • Rest of Karnataka: 3 – 5 business days.

• Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this will be processed the following business day.

• Delivery Carriers: We use BlueDart, Delhivery, and our local GrowHealthy delivery fleet for Hubli-Belgaum orders.

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Accepted Reasons for Return:

  • Product arrived damaged or leaked.

  • Incorrect item delivered (e.g., ordered Whey, received Gainer).

  • Product is nearing expiry (less than 1 months) unless stated otherwise on the product page.

• Conditions for a Valid Return:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • The Manufacturer’s Seal and Hologram must be intact.

  • Note: Due to the nature of health supplements, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed.

3. How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email growhealthy.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9663443856 with your Order ID and photos of the issue.

2. Verification: Our team in Hubli will review the request within 24 hours.

3. Return Shipping: * If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), GrowHealthy Stores covers the return shipping cost.

   • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our Hubli warehouse.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

• Approved Refunds: Processed automatically to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5–7 business days.

• Note: Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Damaged Items & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. For the fastest resolution, we recommend filming a short unboxing video. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
