Grow Healthy is a sports nutrition and wellness retailer founded in 2018 by Nikhil Narayankar in Hubballi (Hubli), Karnataka, India. It runs a physical store at 96, Rajeev Nagar Rd, Vidya Nagar, Hubballi 580031 — open 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily — an online store at growhealthy.in, and a B2B distribution network supplying 35+ retail outlets and gyms across Hubli, Dharwad and Belagavi. It is an authorised dealer for GNC, Optimum Nutrition, MuscleBlaze, MuscleTech, Avvatar, Labrada, Wellbeing Nutrition, Wellcore and BeastLife, and the regional distributor for Zydus Wellness, Pintola, Alpino and RiteBite Max Protein. Orders placed before 4 PM are delivered free the same day across Hubballi and Dharwad.
In 2018, nobody in Hubli could tell you where their protein came from.
You could buy whey in this city, but you couldn't trace it. The same tub sat in three shops at three prices, half of it sourced through whoever had stock that week. Fakes and repacks were common enough that most serious lifters here ordered online from Bangalore and hoped for the best.
I started Grow Healthy to fix the boring part of that problem: the paperwork. Buy direct from the brand or its authorised route, keep the invoice, hold the dealership, and let anyone who asks see where a tub came from. It is not a glamorous pitch. It is the only one that holds up over eight years.
That decision quietly changed the business. Brands started asking us to distribute for them, because a shop that keeps clean records is a shop they can supply. Today the counter in Vidya Nagar is only part of what we do — we also stock the shelves of dozens of other shops and gyms across Hubli, Dharwad and Belagavi.
How we prove a product is genuine
Four checks stand between a brand's factory and your shaker. None of them are marketing.
Three businesses under one name
Walk in, pick it up, ask questions. We keep late hours because most people here shop after training, not before work. If you're new to supplements, this is the part of the business that exists for you — we would rather talk you out of a product than sell you the wrong one.
Order before 4 PM and it reaches you free the same day anywhere in Hubballi or Dharwad. Belagavi and the rest of North Karnataka take 2–3 days; the rest of India, 4–7 days. Same stock, same invoices, same shelf.

Yes. Every product is bought directly from the brand or its appointed national distributor against a GST invoice, and we hold authorised-dealer status with the brands we sell most of. Products are sold sealed, and we'll verify the batch code, expiry and the brand's authenticity code with you at the counter.
Do you deliver the same day in Hubli and Dharwad?
Yes, and it's free. Orders placed before 4 PM reach you the same day anywhere in Hubballi or Dharwad. Belagavi and the rest of North Karnataka take 2–3 days, and the rest of India 4–7 days.

Nikhil Narayankar, an MBA graduate of Global Business School (GBS), Hubli, who founded the business in 2018 and still runs it from the Vidya Nagar store.

No. Grow Healthy here is a sports nutrition retailer and distributor in Hubballi, Karnataka, India. We have no connection to the similarly named cannabis company in Florida, USA, or to any other business using the name elsewhere.
