We ship across India, with free same-day delivery in Hubballi and Dharwad and courier delivery to all other serviceable pin codes.

Where we deliver

We ship across India. We offer same-day local delivery in Hubballi and Dharwad, and courier delivery to all other serviceable pin codes in India.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Order processing

• Orders are processed on working days between 10:00 and 23:00 IST.
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.
• You will receive tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during festivals, sale periods, monsoon disruption, or due to courier or regional delays outside our control.

Shipping charges

Free delivery in Hubballi and Dharwad. All orders delivered within Hubballi and Dharwad ship free, with no minimum order value.

For all other destinations in India, shipping charges are calculated by destination and order weight, and are displayed at checkout before payment.

In-store pickup

You are welcome to collect your order in person at our store in Vidyanagar, Hubballi, open daily 10:00–23:00. Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, re-shipping charges will apply.

Failed delivery attempts

Couriers generally attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipping at your cost, or issue a refund less the original shipping cost.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, torn or tampered with, refuse the delivery where possible and contact us immediately.

If you discover damage after opening, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and, where possible, an unboxing video. Claims raised after this window are difficult for us to pursue with the courier.

Storage and handling

Supplements are sensitive to heat and moisture. Once delivered, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and follow any storage instructions on the label.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link on dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
