1. Overview

This website is operated by Grow Healthy ("Grow Healthy", "we", "us", "our"), with its place of business at Plot No. 96, Mitravishal Park, Vidyanagar, Hubballi 580031, Karnataka, India.

By visiting our site or placing an order, you engage with our services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Grow Healthy sources stock through authorised channels. Products are supplied sealed and batch-coded. If you have any concern about the authenticity of a product you have received, contact us immediately with the batch code and we will verify it.

5. Product information, pricing and availability

We make every effort to display products, ingredients, images and prices accurately. However:

• Product packaging, formulation and labelling may be updated by the manufacturer without notice, so the pack you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the image shown.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
• We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are entirely error-free.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued.
• There is a pricing or product-description error.
• We suspect fraudulent, unauthorised or bulk-resale activity.
• The delivery address falls outside our serviceable area.

Where we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

7. Payment

Payment is accepted through the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card details. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

9. Returns

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Breach any applicable Indian law or regulation.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any material designed to interfere with the site.

Third-party brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify genuine stock we supply.

Our site may link to third-party sites. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for their content, products or privacy practices.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow Healthy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profits, arising from your use of this site or of any product purchased.

Our total aggregate liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grow Healthy, its partners and employees from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, civil unrest, epidemics, or government restrictions.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hubballi, Karnataka.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
