Are the supplements at Grow Healthy genuine?

Yes. Grow Healthy is an authorised dealer for Optimum Nutrition, MuscleBlaze, GNC, MuscleTech, Avvatar, BeastLife, Wellcore, Labrada and Wellbeing Nutrition. Every tub is sourced directly from the brand or its official distributor — never from third-party marketplaces or grey-market importers. Each product arrives with its factory seal intact and a scannable batch code, and every sale is billed with GST under GSTIN 29AATFG0005E1ZM. Our FSSAI licence and every brand authorisation certificate are published in full on our certificates page, where you can also verify them yourself on the government portals.

How can I check a product is real before I pay?

Walk into the store and inspect it yourself: check the seal, read the batch code, and scan the brand's own authenticity code where the brand provides one. If you are ordering for delivery and want the same certainty, ask us for a WhatsApp video call on +91 96634 43856 or +91 77602 48841. We will show you the actual tub on camera — seal, batch number, expiry — before it is packed and dispatched. What is your FSSAI licence number?

FSSAI State Licence 11225336000244, issued by the Karnataka State Licensing Authority and valid to 07-09-2030. It covers Trade/Retail as Wholesaler, Distributor and Retailer. You can verify it independently by entering the number on the FSSAI FoSCoS portal — it should return GROWHEALTHY at Plot No. 96, Mitravishal Park, Vidyanagar, 580031.

Why is your price different from Amazon or Flipkart?

Marketplace listings for supplements are frequently sold by unauthorised sellers, and the stock can be grey-market imports, near-expiry, or repackaged. We buy directly from the brand, hold the authorised-dealer appointment, bill every sale with GST, and let you inspect the seal and batch code before you pay. On most products our price is competitive; where it is higher, it is because the product is genuine current-batch stock with a real invoice behind it.

Delivery, store & collection

Do you deliver in Hubli and Dharwad?

Yes, and it is free. Orders placed before 4 PM are delivered the same day anywhere in Hubballi and Dharwad, at no delivery charge and with no minimum order value. Orders after 4 PM go out the next day.

How long does delivery take outside Hubli-Dharwad?

Belagavi and the rest of North Karnataka take 2 to 3 days. The rest of India takes 4 to 7 days at a flat ₹100 shipping charge. Hubballi and Dharwad remain free and same-day.

Where is the store and when is it open?

Grow Healthy is at 96, Rajeev Nagar Rd, Vidya Nagar, Hubballi, Karnataka 580031 — the Mitravishal Park side of Vidyanagar. We are open every day, including Sundays, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Call +91 96634 43856 before you travel if you want us to confirm a specific product is in stock.

Can I order online and collect from the store?

Yes. Place the order on growhealthy.in or send us the product on WhatsApp, and we will keep it aside for you to collect at Vidyanagar. This is also the fastest way to get something the same hour rather than the same day.

Do you supply gyms, retailers and other stores?

Yes. Grow Healthy supplies 35+ gyms and retail outlets across Hubballi, Dharwad and Belagavi. We are the North Karnataka regional distributor for USN, Zydus Wellness, Pintola, Alpino and RiteBite Max Protein, and the exclusive Hubli channel partner for BeastLife Nutrition. What if a product arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us on +91 96634 43856 the same day and we will replace it. Sealed supplements cannot be returned once opened, for the same food-safety reason no supplement retailer accepts them. Full terms are on our refund policy page.

Who runs Grow Healthy?

Grow Healthy was founded in 2018 by Nikhil Narayankar and has been trading from Vidyanagar, Hubballi since. Alongside the retail store it operates a distribution business supplying sports nutrition across North Karnataka. If you want a recommendation rather than a product, ask in the store — we would rather sell you the right 1 kg tub than the wrong 4 kg one.
