TruNativ Pro Blend whey protein flavours available at Grow Healthy Hubballi and Dharwad

TruNativ Pro Blend Whey Protein: Flavours, Price and Where to Buy in India (2026)

Nikhil Narayankar
The short answer

TruNativ Pro Blend whey protein is available in India in two pack sizes, 907g and 1.81kg, across seven flavours: Choco Crunch, Strawberry, Banana, Mango, Kesar Badam, Rose Milk and Coffee Mocha. Each 36g scoop delivers 26g of protein from a blend of whey isolate, concentrate and hydrolysed whey, with 6g of BCAAs, zero added sugar and natural monk fruit sweetener. Online it sells for roughly ₹4,004 to ₹4,678 for the 907g pack. The harder question is where to buy it in person, because TruNativ is still largely an online brand. In Hubballi and Dharwad you can walk in and buy it over the counter at Grow Healthy, an authorised stockist, at ₹3,890 for the 907g pack.

What is TruNativ Pro Blend whey protein?

TruNativ Pro Blend is the sports nutrition product in TruNativ's range, which otherwise leans towards everyday household nutrition: fibre, sweeteners, collagen and cookable protein. Pro Blend is a tri-blend, meaning it combines three forms of whey rather than one. Whey protein isolate gives a higher protein percentage per gram. Whey protein concentrate is less filtered and carries more of the naturally occurring micronutrients. Hydrolysed whey is partially broken down before it reaches you.

Per 36g scoop you get 26g of protein, 6g of naturally occurring BCAAs and 12.52g of EAAs. There is no added sugar. Sweetness comes from monk fruit juice concentrate, and colour comes from food sources such as beetroot extract in the Strawberry variant. The powders are tested for heavy metals and protein concentration, and the 907g packs carry Trustified certification.

The company behind it is Tru Native F&B Pvt Ltd, founded in Mumbai in 2019 by the mother and son duo Mamta and Pranav Malhotra along with Eeshaan Merchant. Emami acquired a 19% equity stake in the company in March 2022. In mid 2026 TruNativ raised $30 million from OrbiMed, with existing investors including 100Unicorns, Rainmatter and Venture Catalysts selling stakes through secondary transactions. The brand reported FY26 revenue of around ₹130 Cr, up roughly 350% year on year, and says it handles 7 to 10 lakh orders a month with about 45% of sales coming from repeat buyers.

Which TruNativ flavours are available in India?

TruNativ lists seven Pro Blend flavours, but not every flavour comes in every pack size, and not every retailer carries the full range. Two of them, Kesar Badam and Rose Milk, are unusual in the Indian whey market, where chocolate and vanilla dominate almost completely.

Here is what Grow Healthy currently stocks:

Flavour 907g 1.81kg
Choco Crunch In stock In stock
Strawberry In stock In stock
Banana In stock Not stocked
Mango Not stocked In stock
Kesar Badam Not stocked In stock

Rose Milk and Coffee Mocha exist in the TruNativ catalogue but are not currently stocked in Hubballi or Dharwad. If you want one of those, ask at the counter and it can usually be arranged through the distribution network.

Which one to pick

A practical note on choosing. Choco Crunch and Kesar Badam are the two that reviewers consistently mention for taste. Strawberry and Banana use real fruit flakes, which gives texture some people love and others do not expect. If you are buying a 1.81kg pack, that is 50 servings of a flavour you are committing to for roughly two months, so the 907g pack is the sensible way to test one first.

How much does TruNativ Pro Blend cost in 2026?

The 907g pack carries an MRP of ₹4,499 for most flavours, rising to ₹5,399 for Rose Milk. The 1.81kg pack is listed at ₹8,899. Almost nobody sells at MRP, so here is what the pack actually costs across the places you can buy it.

Seller 907g 1.81kg Delivery
Grow Healthy ₹3,890 ₹8,699 Same day in Hubballi and Dharwad, or walk in
Nykaa ₹4,004 to ₹4,049 Not listed Courier
Kindlife ₹4,049 ₹7,949 to ₹8,049 2 to 5 business days
Nutrabay ₹4,049 Not listed Courier
HealthKart ₹4,678 (Rose Milk) Not listed Courier

Prices checked October 2026 and change often. Treat this as a guide, not a quote.

Two honest observations from that table. On the 907g pack, Grow Healthy is the cheapest option in the country we could find, roughly ₹115 to ₹160 below the online marketplaces. On the 1.81kg pack, Kindlife is cheaper by about ₹650 to ₹750.

Straight talk on the 1.81kg pack

If you are buying the 1.81kg pack purely on price and you are happy to wait, Kindlife is the better deal and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. What you give up is the ability to buy it today. A 1.81kg pack bought at the Vidya Nagar counter at 9pm is in your kitchen at 9.15pm, with a GST invoice, and if the pouch is damaged or the flavour is wrong you walk back in rather than filing a return and waiting a week. For some buyers that is worth ₹700. For others it is not, and that is a reasonable conclusion to reach.

Where can you buy TruNativ offline in India?

For most of India, you cannot buy TruNativ in a shop. The brand sells through its own website, through quick commerce platforms and through ecommerce marketplaces. That is the distribution model it was built on, and it is the reason a search for a TruNativ shop near you usually returns nothing useful.

This is changing. The $30 million the company raised in 2026 is earmarked specifically for building offline retail presence in Tier I and Tier II cities through partnerships with supermarket chains. So over the next few years, expect TruNativ to start appearing on physical shelves. Right now, those shelves are rare.

In Hubballi and Dharwad, TruNativ Pro Blend is stocked at Grow Healthy, which has been supplying sports nutrition across North Karnataka since 2018 and runs a distribution network of more than 35 retail outlets in the region.

Is TruNativ Pro Blend worth buying?

It depends on what you are optimising for.

✓ It makes sense if

You want a clean label. Zero added sugar, monk fruit instead of sucralose, real fruit and cocoa inclusions rather than flavouring alone, and third party testing for heavy metals and protein content. At 26g of protein per 36g scoop, roughly 72% protein by weight, it sits in the normal range for a blended whey rather than a pure isolate. Buyers repeatedly describe it as light and not causing bloating.

⚠ It makes less sense if

You are chasing maximum protein per rupee. A straight concentrate from a mass market brand will give you more grams for the money. One recurring criticism in customer reviews is that the formula contains no added digestive enzymes, which some people look for in a blended whey and which can matter if you are sensitive to lactose. If that is you, a pure isolate is the safer category.

For comparison across the broader category, see our guide to mass gainer versus whey protein, and if authenticity is your main worry, how to check whether your protein powder is genuine.

Frequently asked questions

Is TruNativ available in stores near me?

In most of India, no. TruNativ sells primarily through its own website, quick commerce and ecommerce platforms, and is only beginning to build supermarket distribution. In Hubballi and Dharwad it is stocked over the counter at Grow Healthy.

How much protein is in one scoop of TruNativ Pro Blend?

26g of protein per 36g scoop, along with 6g of naturally occurring BCAAs and 12.52g of EAAs. The 907g pack gives 25 servings and the 1.81kg pack gives 50.

Is TruNativ whey protein genuine and lab tested?

The Pro Blend range is tested for heavy metals and protein concentration, and the 907g packs carry Trustified certification. Buy from the brand's own site or an authorised stockist, and ask for a GST invoice, which is your proof of the supply chain.

Which TruNativ flavour is best?

Choco Crunch is the safest first choice and the most reviewed. Kesar Badam is the one people single out as different, since very few whey proteins come in Indian dessert flavours. Buy the 907g pack first before committing to 1.81kg.

Does TruNativ Pro Blend contain sugar or artificial sweetener?

Neither. It has no added sugar and is sweetened with monk fruit juice concentrate. Colour comes from food sources such as beetroot extract and turmeric.

Is TruNativ cheaper online or in store?

It depends on the pack. The 907g pack is cheaper at Grow Healthy, ₹3,890 against roughly ₹4,004 to ₹4,049 online. The 1.81kg pack is currently cheaper on Kindlife, around ₹7,949 to ₹8,049 against ₹8,699 in store.
